Where a club or range manages member data through KentroSight, that organization may be the controller and Hellas Horizon may act as its processor.
Depending on use, we process account and contact details, organization details, support requests, technical security records and operational or training information entered by the authorized organization.
We will never ask you to send us your password.
We use data to provide and secure the service, administer accounts, provide support, perform contracts and comply with legal duties. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent where required.
Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Access is limited to authorized personnel and infrastructure providers that need the data to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, safeguards required by the GDPR are used.
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, contractual needs and legal obligations. We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk.
The platform and its servers are designed in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), Greek law 4624/2019 and applicable European cybersecurity and data protection frameworks.
Data is hosted on infrastructure within the European Union, with TLS encryption in transit, AES encryption at rest, strict role-based access control, activity logs scoped by role and regular backups. We apply risk assessment and incident-response procedures, notifying the Hellenic Data Protection Authority where the law requires.
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
