From spreadsheets to one source of truth
When members, documents, payments and activity live in separate files, teams lose time and the complete operational picture.
Practical takeaway
Start with the data that changes most often and agree which record is treated as authoritative.

Compliance as a daily workflow
Licence, document and access checks are more reliable when built into daily work instead of being assembled only before an inspection.
Practical takeaway
Use early reminders, clear statuses and an action history so every open item has a visible owner.

For federations
One federation, all of its clubs in a single view.
When member clubs run on KentroSight, the federation sees one agreed, up-to-date picture of its base — members, licences, activity and competitions — without collecting files by hand. For federations such as SKOE in Greece, this means faster decisions and simpler collaboration with clubs.
SKOE is cited as an example of the type of organization served, not as a partner.
01
A live view of members
Consolidated member, licence and document records from every connected club, always current.
02
Federation-level competitions
Publish competitions and championships with direct entries from clubs and athletes.
03
Licences & eligibility
Check athlete validity before every event, with clear statuses and an action history.
04
Results & rankings
Collect results from ranges and clubs into unified scoring and a per-athlete history.
05
Communication that lands
Announcements to club secretariats and athletes, with visible delivery tracking.
06
Reports for the board
Periodic participation, trend and open-item reports, ready for the next decision.
From the federation to the athlete, in one connected network.
Every level sees what belongs to it. Clubs also connect directly with one another for athlete transfers and results sharing from other clubs’ events — not only with the federation.
Illustrative structure; SKOE is cited only as a type of organization, not as a partner.
The home and receiving clubs coordinate a transfer request and the required approvals. The athlete’s history stays linked without creating a duplicate record, subject to the applicable sporting rules.
Results from other clubs’ events
When an athlete from Club A competes at Club B’s event, the organiser records and validates the result. It is linked to the athlete and shared with their home club and the federation, where applicable.
Only necessary information is shared, with role-scoped access and logged activity; connecting clubs does not expose their entire member registries to one another.
